摘要: [摘要] 光生物调节(photobiomodulation,PBM)是光刺激细胞反应,诱导镇痛、减少炎症及促进组织再生。近年来,大量基础实验发现PBM能调节炎症过程,减缓疼痛反应,相关的临床试验报道也证实了其治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的有效性。本文就光生物调节疗法在颞下颌关节紊乱病中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy is the application of light to stimulate cell responses aimed at alleviating pain, reducing inflammation, and promoting tissue regeneration. In recent years, a large number of basic experiments have found that PBM can regulate the inflammatory process and slow down the pain response. Several clinical trials have also proved the efficiency of PBM in temporomandibular disorders (TMD). This article aims to present a contemporary and comprehensive review on the role of PBM therapy in the treatment of TMD.
