错牙合畸形评估指数及其在早期矫治评价中的应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： ［摘要] 目前儿童与青少年的错牙合畸形患病率均较高，对个体心理生理均产生了不同程度的影响。错牙合畸形的早期矫治可使用较简单快捷的方法实现更好的矫治效果。但截止目前对早期矫治的评估方法各不相同，除了主观判断，其评估亟待量化。探讨错牙合畸形评估指数在早期矫治中的应用，可更好地指导早期矫治的进行。

Abstract: The prevalence of malocclusion in children and adolescents are high, which makes an effect on psychological and physiological health of different level. Early orthodontic treatment could achieve a better prognosis in a more simple and convenient way, yet the assessment of which is different among scholars. Except for the subjective judgment, the assessment of malocclusion in quantization is urgent. Discussion on the application of malocclusion assessment index in early orthodontic treatment provides a better guidance on it.
