负载生长因子引导骨再生屏障膜的研究进展

摘要: 骨缺损是影响口腔种植远期效果的临床难题之一,引导骨再生技术的发展在一定程度上解决了这一难题。屏障膜是引导骨再生技术中的基础和关键,但由于目前临床应用的屏障膜在不同程度上存在局限和缺陷,急需新一代改性屏障膜的出现。生长因子作为参与调节全部骨再生过程的天然多肽,其对成骨相关细胞的调节作用和促成骨作用已获确证。将生长因子负载于屏障膜上提高成骨效果,扩大骨缺损治疗的适应证,是新一代屏障膜的重要研发方向。本文从生长因子的种类作用、负载方式、释放动力学及负载生长因子屏障膜的成骨效果方面进行综述,对未来负载生长因子屏障膜的难点与重点进行了展望,为进一步的骨再生研究提供依据。

Abstract: Bone defect is one of the clinical challenges, which affects the long-term effects on oral implantation. The development of guided bone regeneration technology has solved this problem to a certain extent. The barrier membrane is the basis and key in guiding bone regeneration technology, but due to the limitations and defects of the current membranes, the emergence of a new generation of modified barrier membrane is urgently needed. As a natural peptide involved in the regulation of all bone regeneration processes, growth factors have been confirmed for the regulation of osteogenic cells and osteogenic effects. The growth factors are loaded on the barrier membranes to improve the osteogenesis effect, and the indications of the treatment of bone defects are expanded, which is an important research and development direction of a new generation of barrier membranes. In this paper, the effects of growth factor type, loading mode, release kinetics and osteogenesis effect of barrier membranes combined with growth factors were reviewed, the difficulties and priorities of future barrier membranes combined with growth factors were prospected, and the evidence for further research on bone regeneration was provided.
