增加种植体周围角化黏膜厚度的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 种植体周围角化黏膜厚度不足可导致牙槽嵴边缘骨吸收，增加种植体周围疾病的发病风险，不利于种植体周围组织健康。目前研究认为采用软组织移植术等方式可有效增加种植体周围角化黏膜厚度，改善种植体周围软组织健康状况，提高种植成功率。该文总结了近年来采用不同方式和时机增加种植体周围角化黏膜厚度的相关报道，以期为目前临床工作和进一步的研究提供理论参考。

Abstract: The inadequate thickness of keratinized mucosa around implants can lead to marginal bone loss and increase the risk of peri-implant disease, which is harmful to peri-implant health. It is believed that soft tissue transplantation can effectively enlarge keratinized mucosa thickness, improve soft tissue health and promote the success rate of implant surgery. This paper summarized the recent reports on gaining keratinized mucosa thickness around implants in different ways and at different times, aims to provide theoretical reference for the selection of current surgical approaches and further research.
