口腔种植中下颌神经损伤的评估、处理与预后

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 下颌神经损伤是下颌后牙区种植手术中较为严重的并发症，一旦发生，对医患双方都会造成不小的困扰。本文就口腔种植手术过程中下颌神经损伤的评估手段、非手术治疗措施及预后的影响因素做一综述，旨在为遇到该问题的临床医生提供参考。

Abstract: The injury of mandibular nerve is a serious complication in the process of dental implant surgery which can be distressing to both patients and clinicians. The mandibular nerve injury in dental implant surgery is reviewed in this article, including its evaluation, non-surgical treatment and related prognosis, aiming at offering a valid reference for clinicians if needed.
