摘要/Abstract

摘要： 牙根吸收作为正畸治疗中一个常见的并发症越来越受到医生的关注。早期诊断根吸收具有十分积极的意义。然而，常规二维X线检查由于其敏感性较低，不适于早期诊断。随着影像学技术的发展，特别是CBCT的出现，根吸收的精确诊断成为可能。该文从近几年的研究情况着手对正畸治疗中根吸收的影响因素及CBCT的诊断应用作一综述。

Abstract: Root resorption is a large side effect which occurrs in the course of orthodontic treatment,and early diagnosis of root resorption is important for the prognosis.The purpose of this article was to give an overview of the application of CBCT in the diagnosis of root resorption.The article reviewed three aspects:the cause of root resorption,the technology of the existing research and the application of CBCT in the diagnosis of root resorption,which could afford the reference for the use of CBCT.
