全瓷预成冠对乳磨牙大面积缺损修复效果的临床研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨新型修复方式全瓷预成冠对乳磨牙大面积缺损的临床疗效。方法选择大面积缺损的乳磨牙120颗,将其随机分成A、B、C 3组。A组选用复合树脂修复,B组选用全瓷预成冠修复,C组选用金属预成冠修复。比较3组患牙6个月、12个月的修复成功率。结果 A、B、C 3组间6个月修复成功率无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C两组12个月修复成功率均明显高于A组(P＜0.05)。结论全瓷预成冠和金属预成冠对乳磨牙大面积缺损的修复效果显著,远期修复成功率高于复合树脂修复,且能被患儿及家长接受,在临床值得广泛推广。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of a new restoration method of all-porcelain prefabricated crown on large defect of deciduous molars. Methods One hundred and twenty deciduous molars with large defect were randomly divided into three groups:A, B and C. Group A was treated with composite resin, group B with porcelain prefabricated crowns, and group C with metal prefabricated crowns. The restoration success rate at 6 months and 12 months was compared among three groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the 6-month repair success rate among groups A, B and C (P>0.05). The success rate at 12 months in group B and C was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion All-porcelain prefabricated crowns and metal prefabricated crowns have significant effect on the restoration of large defect of deciduous molars. The long-term success rate of restoration is higher than that of composite resin restoration, and can be accepted by children and parents. It is worth being widely promoted in clinical practice.
