摘要: 拉曼光谱可检测生物组织中脂质、核酸、蛋白质、水分子等结构和组成信息,在医学领域中被广泛应用。目前口腔疾病的检查诊断主要依靠影像学检查。随着科学技术的发展,拉曼光谱在口腔医学领域的研究也取得了较大的进展,本文就拉曼光谱的原理、优势以及应用作一综述。

Abstract: Raman spectroscopy can detect structure and composition information of lipid, nucleic acid, protein and water molecules in biological tissue, which is widely used in the medical field. At present, examination and diagnosis of oral diseases mainly rely on imaging examination. With the development of science and technology, Raman spectroscopy has made great progress in the field of stomatology. In this paper, the principle, advantages and application of Raman spectroscopy are reviewed.
