Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken at the beginning and end of functional therapy. Paired T-test was used to determine if there were significant differences by SPSS 16.0. Results: The 15 children had been treated for total 9-12 months. SNB、Co-Gn increased significantly, ANB、Wits、U1.NA 、U1-NA、Overjet、Overbite decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusions: The SUS2 appliance with miniscrew anchorage is useful in correction of Class II malocclusion, witout incisor proclination, during the treatment, and make the overjet, overbite and molar relationship become normal.
