骨形成蛋白-2与其他生长因子联合应用对骨再生的影响

Abstract

Abstract: 　With the development of tissue engineering, more and more growth factors are applied to the reconstruction and regeneration of bone tissue in tissue engineering. Bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP-2) is the most common growth factor which is used to promote osteogenic differentiation and bone regeneration. Currently, the combined application of BMP-2 with other factors is becoming a research hotspot. This paper mainly introduces the effect and mechanism of combined application of BMP-2 with other factors.
