Abstract: In order to discuss the occlusion relationship in both teeth open bite cases and skeletal open bite cases which could design the treatment plan and implement in clinic , we choose 1 open bite case in skeletal type Ⅲ as the clinical treatment; and in skeletal type Ⅲ cases without jaw surgery ,we used the orthodontic technology combined with porcelain cover repair technology ,which treated patients have teeth lingual defect with severs open bite causes by bad habits with noninvasive treatment in how to keep a stable occlusal and treatment effect.
