牙周炎及不良妊娠结局与FcγRⅡB基因多态性的关系

Abstract

Abstract: Periodontitis is a risk factor of adverse pregnancy outcomes, periodontitis and adverse pregnancy outcomes are associated with Fc gamma R Ⅱ B gene polymorphism, so we speculated that the mechanism behind periodontitis and adverse pregnancy outcomes is the Fc gamma RⅡB gene polymorphism. In this paper,the relationship between periodontitis,adverse pregnancy outcomes and Fc gamma RⅡB gene polymorphism are reviewed and play the basis of the mechanism research of periodontitis and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
