Abstract: All-on-four technology is a new approach to rehabilitating edentulous jaws with four implants. Recently, all-on-four has achieved predictable clinical results, but controversies of research and clinical application still exit. In this paper, the all-on-four concept, evaluation research, complications and comparison with other rehabilitation technologies will be elaborated.
