Research progress in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis

Abstract: Aggressive periodontitis (AgP) is a subgroup of periodontitis, with the rapid attachment of periodontal attachment and the rapid absorption of alveolar bone as the main feature. Because of the early onset and systematic factors, AgP is a periodontal disease that is critical to human health. The treatment of AgP has been actively exploring owing to its unpredictable therapeutic outcome and unstable therapeutic effect. In this article, the progress of AgP’s treatment in recent years is reviewed.
