正畸微笑美学的影响因素及研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: A perfect confident smile can greatly enhance one’s attractiveness. Smile aesthetics has become the primary reason why patients seek orthodontic treatment and the therapeutic goal of orthodontists. Understanding facial aesthetics and current societal preferences for facial attractiveness is mandatory for the orthodontists. Orthodontics understand the indicators of smile aesthetics, which can be used to guide clinical operation, thus achieving the best therapeutic effect. This paper summarizes the factors that influence smile aesthetics, such as the smile line, the arc of the smile, the buccal corridor, the teeth, the gingiva, etc., from the micro-aesthetics and the mini aesthetics of the smile.
