Giant pleomorphic adenoma of the lower pole of the parotid gland: A case report

Abstract: Giant pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland is an uncommon benign tumor, which is associated with long-standing evolution and progressively increasing, painless, massive swelling. This paper reported one case about giant pleomorphic adenoma stemming from the lower pole of the parotid gland and reviewed relevant English and Chinese literatures.
