Abstract: Saliva is the external environment of teeth. The changes in organic components, inorganic components, buffering capacity, secretion velocity and flow of the saliva have significant effects on the eroding risk. Knowing the saliva factors that affect the risk of tooth erosion can targetedly detect saliva. It can detect susceptible people early, help early diagnosis of erosion, and make preventive measures as early as possible. This paper reviews the research progress in the study of saliva factors that affect the risk of tooth erosion.
