Abstract: Objective :To evaluate the clinical effects of using GBR technique in the treatment of peri-implantitis when keeping restoration.Methods:5 cases were treated with GBR technique when keeping restoration,and treatment effects were evaluated.Results :Follow-up was between 3 to 12 months,the bone around the implants was better regained,and no progressive bone resorption.Conclution: GBR technique is a practical Method to treat peri-implantitis when keeping restoration.
