安氏Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类错牙合畸形的遗传病因研究

摘要: 安氏Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类错牙合畸形均为复杂疾病,遗传因素病因在安氏Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类错牙合的发生中占有重要作用。目前国内外对Ⅱ类错牙合和Ⅲ类错牙合遗传病因的研究主要集中在易感基因的定位研究,主要采用连锁分析和关联分析的研究方法。随着基因组学及高通量测序技术的发展,全基因组关联分析成为易感基因定位的一种高效能的分子遗传学手段,从全基因组层面审视安氏Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类错牙合的相关基因成为可能。本文就安氏Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类错牙合畸形遗传病因的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Angle Class Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion are complex diseases, and genetic factors play an important role in the etiology of Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ malocclusion. At present, domestic and foreign researches focus on the identification of the susceptibility genes of Class Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion using linkage analysis and association analysis. With the development of human genome sequence and high-throughput sequencing technology, genome-wide association analysis has become an efficient molecular genetic method to identify susceptible genes, making it possible to survey the susceptible genes of Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ malocclusion at the whole genome level. In this article, research progress of the etiology of genetic factors in Class Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion is reviewed.
