PASS 生理支抗技术矫治低位尖牙的临床研究

摘要: 摘要:目的:探讨PASS生理支抗矫治技术治疗低位尖牙伴重度拥挤错牙合 的特点.方法 选取上颌尖牙低位造成的牙列重度拥挤的患者20例, 其中男性8例,女性12例,年龄11-20岁,平均14.5岁。拔除4颗第一双尖牙后使用PASS矫治器进行治疗,矫治前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片,对矫治前后头影测量结果进行比较。结果:20例患者平均治疗时间为16.4±5.1月,矫治结束后上下前牙中线一致,覆牙合覆盖正常,尖窝关系良好。上颌第一磨牙失状向前移1.56±1.1mm,与矫治前相比,无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论PASS矫治器能够高效矫治低位尖牙造成的重度牙列拥挤。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective :To observe the clinical effects of Physiologic Anchorage Control technique in the treatment of maxillary lip-opposite low canine and severely crowding . Methods: 20 patients with maxillary lip-opposite low canine and severely crowed teeth were included, their average years were 14.5. They were extracted 4 first premolars and treated with PASS appliance .Analysis was carried out before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,normal overbite ,overjet and good occlusal relationship were achieved. The upper first molar showed mesial displacement of 1.56±1.1mm, no significant change was found after treatment. Conclusions :Physiclogic Anchorage Control technique could be effectively and conveniently used in the treatment of patients with severely crowed malocclusion
