Abstract: Abstract: Recently,the restoration of bone defect,caused by tumor、trauma、malformation、infection and so on,include auto or allogenic bone、synthetic material and bioactive material.However,the mentioned above materials are still bothering clinicians due to its limited acquired bone volume、immunological rejection、lower osteogenic property and scaffold degradation.And the perfect biomaterial should equip the following three key factors:recruiting seeding cell、slow-releasing growth factors、and serving as mimicking microenvironment scaffold.With the rapidly advancement of bone engineering,dcellularized extracellular matrix(dECM) as bioactive scaffold materials,attributed to freeing of immunogenicity、ideal osteogenic property、slowing-releasing growth factors、promoting adhesion of seeding cell and even maintaining stem property of seeding cell,is arousing widely interests.This paper maks a review aiming at the application and research progress of decellularized extracellular matrix scaffold material in bone regeneration.
