作者简介:江宏兵,口腔医学博士,教授,主任医师,博士生导师。南京医科大学附属口腔医院(口腔医学院)副院长,口腔颌面外科学系主任。2009—2010年在哈佛大学牙学院访问研修。担任江苏省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专委会主任委员,江苏省医学会整形美容分会副主任委员,中华口腔医学会唇腭裂专委会常委、创伤暨正颌外科专委会委员等学术任职。主要从事创伤、唇腭裂、牙颌面畸形整复外科工作。主持承担国家及省部级课题十多项,发表论文150余篇,SCI论文60余篇,获省科学技术二等奖2项、教育部高校科学技术二等奖1项、国家级教学成果二等奖1项。参编著作6部并获国家发明专利5项。

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔颌面部创伤是口腔颌面外科常见疾病,常因颅脑外伤救治或区域医疗技术的限制,可能错过颌面伤的最佳治疗时机,然而,基于牙颌功能和面容外形重建的颌面创伤精准治疗是时代发展的新要求。较为系统的口腔颌面创伤治疗管理始于近代,从最初的简单缝合、夹板固定及钢丝结扎固定,到钛板坚固内固定,再到当前数字化技术辅助下的精准整复治疗,口腔颌面部创伤治疗取得了长足的进步。本文回溯了口腔颌面创伤的发展过程,介绍了目前数字化相关技术的具体应用,同时展望了其未来的发展趋势。

Abstract: Oral and maxillofacial trauma is a common disease in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Due to the treatment of craniocerebral trauma or limitation of regional medical technology, the optimal treatment opportunity for maxillofacial trauma may be missed. However, accurate treatment of maxillofacial trauma based on dental and maxillofacial function and facial reconstruction is a new requirement with the development of times. Relatively systematic oral and maxillofacial trauma treatment and management began in modern times, from the initial simple suture, splint ligation fixation and steel wire fixation, to titanium plate rigid internal fixation, and then to the precise restoration by digital technology. Oral and maxillofacial trauma treatment has made great progress. This paper reviews the development of oral and maxillofacial trauma, the application of digital technology, and prospects the future development trend.
