摘要:

玻璃陶瓷的高通透性限制了玻璃陶瓷椅旁即刻修复技术应用于无髓前牙。本文旨在介绍一种新型数字化冠内遮色贴面修复技术,该技术利用计算机辅助设计与辅助制作(computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing,CAD/CAM)技术来制作玻璃陶瓷全冠内氧化锆贴面,能达到遮挡变色基牙对全冠颜色影响的效果,扩大高通透性的玻璃陶瓷的临床应用范围。

Abstract:

The high permeability of glass ceramics limits the application of glass ceramics chair-side immediate restoration technology to pulp-free anterior teeth. This paper introduces a new digital intracoronary color-shielding veneer restoration technology, which uses computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology to fabricate zirconia veneer in glass ceramics full crown, which can shield the influence of discolored abutments on the color of full crown and expand the clinical application range of high permeability glass ceramics.
