摘要:
再植是拔除失败种植体后的治疗方案之一。近年研究发现再植种植体的存留率低于首次种植,可能与患者全身因素和再植时原失败位点的局部因素有关。因此,进行再植时除了常规的种植时机、软硬组织再生技术的应用和种植体的选择外,还需评估既往失败的时机、原因和拔除方法。本文拟对影响再植存留率的风险因素及再植治疗方案进行综述。
