Neuropilin-1的结构、功能及其在口腔癌中研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 神经纤毛蛋白-1（Neuropilin-1，NRP-1)是一个大小约120~130 ku的非酪氨酸激酶跨膜蛋白，其具有独特的分子结构，可作为Ⅲ型信号素家族(Semaphorin3A, Sema3A)、血管内皮生长因子165(vascular endothelial growth factor165, VEGF165)、胎盘生长因子(placenta growth factor, PIGF)等细胞因子的多功能受体，并受miR-9、miR-124、miR-181b、miR-320等的靶向调节，参与上述细胞因子的信号通路，与肿瘤血管新生和转移密切相关。近年来，对NRP-1的研究已从最初的神经轴突导向扩展至血管生成、肿瘤增殖和转移、调节免疫等多方面。本文就NRP-1的结构、功能及在口腔癌中的研究进展作一简要综述。

Abstract: Neuropilin-1(NRP-1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that acts as a co-receptor.And it is adjusted by miR - 9,miR - 124,miR - 181 - b,miR - 320,and it participates in the above cytokine signaling pathways,which is closely related with tumor angiogenesis and metastasis.Preliminary studies that show NRP-1 expression on T cells confers enhanced immunosuppressive activity.Some suggest a specific role for NRP-1 in cancer pathology.This article reviews current Knowledge on the structure and function of NRP-1,as well as its research status.
