硅铝包覆纳米TiO2盖膜对赝复体硅橡胶色彩稳定性的影响

摘要: 目的 研究不同浓度硅铝包覆纳米TiO2硅橡胶盖膜对MDX4-4210 赝复体硅橡胶褪色过程的影响,探讨此方法对提高颜面赝复体硅橡胶色彩稳定性的有效性,并提供理论基础。方法 模拟日光老化条件下,以MDX4-4210 硅橡胶为基质,硅铝包覆纳米TiO2为遮色剂,镉红油画颜料为着色剂,观察老化前后加盖1 mm厚度、不同浓度(0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%)硅铝包覆纳米TiO2硅橡胶膜试件的L*a*b*值。〖HTH〗结果〓〖HTSS〗4种浓度硅铝包覆纳米TiO2盖膜试件中,ΔE、ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*值随着硅铝包覆纳米TiO2 浓度升高逐渐降低,0.10%组最低,但0.15%组时升高,各浓度组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 加盖不同浓度硅铝包覆纳米TiO2硅橡胶膜的方法对延缓赝复体硅橡胶褪色具有一定的作用,为提高赝复体硅橡胶色彩稳定性提供了新思路。

Abstract: Objective To study the color stability of prosthesis silicone elastomer covered by different concentrations of silica alumina coated nanoTiO2 membrane cap,and to improve the effectiveness of facial prostheses silicone rubber color stability with this method so as to provide a theoretical basis.Methods MDX44210 silicone elastomer as substrate,nanoTiO2 coated with Si and Al as masking agent,and cadmium red oil paint as coloring agent,L* a* b* values of specimen were observed when stamped with 1mm thickness,different concentrations (0,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%) of silica alumina nanoTiO2 coated silicone rubber membrane before and after aging.Results As the concentration of silica alumina coated nanoTiO2 decreased,ΔE,ΔL*,Δa*,Δb* values of 0.10% group were the lowest,but the those of 0.15% group increased,and there was a significant difference between groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Coating nanoTiO2 membrane cap with different concentrations of silica alumina has a certain role in delaying fade prosthesis silicone elastomer,which provides a new idea for improving color silicone elastomer prosthesis stability.
