镍钛器械Waveone治疗磨牙根管的临床效果

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的评价使用机用镍钛器械Waveone预备磨牙根管的临床效果。方法使用新型单根根管预备锉Waveone采用冠向下法预备67颗磨牙，不锈钢K锉采用逐步后退技术预备54颗磨牙。均使用侧方加压技术进行根管充填。比较两组根管预备所需时间、器械分离情况和根管充填效果。结果使用Waveone进行根管预备根管充填恰充率为91.1%，高于不锈钢器械组的66.7%（P＜0.01），预备时间为(17.76±1.96)min少于不锈钢器械组的(33.82±2.37)min（P＜0.01）。结论使用Waveone进行根管预备时间短，预备锥度好根管充填密合度强。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of molars root canal preparation using Waveone.Methods The single file Waveone with crowndown technique was used to prepare 67 teeth and the stainless steel K files were used to prepare 54 teeth with the stepback technique.The lateral condensed technique was employed to fill the root.The root canal preparation time,instrument separation and root canal filling were compared.Results The successful rate of root canal filling in Waveone group was 91.1% and that of the control group was 66.7%.So the rate of Waveone was better than that of the control group(P＜0.01).The root canal preparation time of the group using Waveone was (17.76±1.96) mins and that of the control group was (33.82±2.37) mins.The time of Waveone group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusions Root canal preparation with Waveone shortens the time and has good shaping and obturating effects.
