牙源性干细胞在牙槽骨再生领域的研究进展

Research progress of dental stem cells in alveolar bone regeneration

摘要: [摘要] 目前所采用的骨增量技术均存在各自的不足,骨组织工程的出现为牙槽骨再生提供了新的治疗方法。研究证实,多种牙源性干细胞具有易于获取、自我更新能力强、成骨分化潜力大、免疫原性低等特点,成为骨再生治疗的重要种子细胞来源。本文就牙槽骨再生中牙源性干细胞的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Each of the bone augmentation currently used has its own deficiencies. The bone tissue engineering provides new treatment and method for bone regeneration. It has been proved that dental stem cell possess the characteristics of osteogenic potential, easily obtained, strong proliferation ability, great differentiation potential, and weak immunogenicity. Dental stem cells have become an important source for tissue engineering.This article mainly introduces the research progress of dental stem cells in alveolar bone regeneration.
