微小RNA对骨衰老调控的相关研究进展

Research progress of the regulation of microRNA for bone aging

摘要: 骨组织由松质骨和皮质骨组成,松质骨的高代谢和增殖能力是骨组织再生和重塑的基础。但是随着年龄的增加,在组织学水平表现为松质骨逐渐被脂肪代替,皮质骨变薄,骨质流失;在细胞学水平,骨组织的老化主要表现为间充质干细胞增殖能力以及成骨分化潜能降低、脂肪分化增加;目前发现多种miRNA参与老化骨组织的代谢调控和干细胞的分化调节。本文就miRNA对骨组织衰老的调控和研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Bone is composed of cancellous bone and cortical bone. High metabolism and proliferation capacity of cancellous bone are the basis of bone regeneration and remodeling. However, at the histological level, cancellous bone is gradually replaced by fat, cortical bone becomes thinner and the loss of bone is more than regeneration with the aging process; while at the cytological level, the aging of bone is mainly manifested as decreased proliferation ability of mesenchymal stem cells, decreased osteogenesis and increased adipose differentiation. Currently, many miRNAs have been found to be involved in metabolism regulation of aging bone and differentiation regulation of mesenchymal stem cells. This paper reviews the regulation and research progress of miRNA for the aging-related bone.
