Research situation of graphene oxide in bone tissue engineering

摘要: 氧化石墨烯(Graphene oxide, GO)作为石墨烯的衍生物因具有高比表面积、高机械性能、高亲水性等优点一直是骨组织工程领域的研究热点,本文就以GO对骨组织工程中支架材料性能的提高、细胞行为的改善以及抗菌性能作一综述。

Abstract: Graphene oxide (GO) as a derivative of graphene has been a research hotspot in the field of bone tissue engineering because of its high specific surface area, high mechanical properties, high hydrophilicity, etc. This paper reviews the improvement of scaffold material properties, improvement of cell behavior and antibacterial properties by graphene oxide in bone tissue engineering.
