青少年Ⅱ类骨性错牙合畸形矫形治疗后颞下颌关节变化的研究进展

摘要: 骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形在我国儿童和青少年人群患病率较高,主要表现为下颌后缩,影响功能和美观。功能矫形是临床治疗生长发育期骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的重要手段,在改善咬合和外貌的同时,也可避免给青少年带来自卑的心理影响。本文通过影像学分析总结颞下颌关节解剖结构的变化,认为咬合关系的改善是由颞下颌关节的适应性改建引起的,功能矫形绝非导致颞下颌关节紊乱的风险因素。

Abstract: Skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion is common in children and adolescents in our country, mainly for the mandibular retrusion, which affects both function and appearance. Functional orthodontics is an important means of treating skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion at growth and development stages, improving the occlusal relationship and appearance, meanwhile avoiding inferiority complex among teenagers. This review summarized the anatomical structure changes of the temporomandibular joint through imaging analysis, believing that the improvement of occlusal relationship was due to the adaptive remodeling of the temporomandibular joint, and functional orthodontics was not a risk factor of temporomandibular joint disorders.
