药物性牙龈肥大动物模型的建立及相关机制

摘要: 药物性牙龈肥大是由钙通道阻滞剂、免疫抑制剂、抗癫痫药等引起的牙龈组织特异性肥大及纤维化。过去二十年间,学者从流行病学、临床试验、细胞学等层面对药物性牙龈肥大发生机制进行了大量研究。然而受限于临床患者数量及伦理问题,对其相关机制及治疗的深入研究依赖于动物实验。本文回顾了以往研究中药物性牙龈肥大动物模型的建立方法、相关机制及影响因素,以期为研究者建立可靠的动物模型提供参考。

Abstract: Anti-seizure medication, calcium channel blocker and immune suppressor can cause gingival fibrosis and volume increase. In the past two decades, studies have explored the mechanism of drug-induced gingival overgrowth from aspects of epidemiology, clinical experiments and cytology. Subject to patient number and ethics, further investigation of mechanism and treatment relies on the establishment of animal model. This article reviews the research progress of animal model, relevant mechanism and influencing factors, in order to provide a reference for researchers to establish reliable animal models.
