扁平苔藓中炎症与肿瘤相互关系的研究现状

Abstract

Abstract: There is a close relationship between inflammation and tumor.Many tumor originated from infection and chronic inflammation.In the state of inflammatory and tumor microenvironment,inflammatory mediators,especially reactive oxygen and nitrogen species will change the cell's normal environment and lead to activation of oncogene and inactivation of tumor-suppressor gene,ultimately lead to the occurrence of tumor. Oral lichen planus is a kind of potential malignant lesions. The mechanism of carcinogenesis of OLP is still not very clear, but the local inflammatory microenvironment may play an important role in the occurrence and process of the tumor.
