Abstract: Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs) gradually become the research focus of regenerative medicine, owing to its multipotential differentiation and self-replicating ability. ADSCs can differentiate into fat cells and vascular endothelial cells. It can secrete cell factors, promote angiogenesis, improve the environment of inflammatory lesions, and inhibit cell apoptosis.Application of ADSCs in the treatment of facial trauma, can significantly improve the wound healing effect.
