代谢组学在牙周病学中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract：Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by the destruction of periodontal tissues. Dental plaque is the dominant pathogenic factor. In addition, periodontitis is also influenced by local contributing factors and systemic factors. The specific pathogenesis has not yet been clarified. Recently, with the rapid development of metabonomics, there is a new point of penetration to explore the mechanism of periodontitis. In this article, the concept, characteristics, detecting method and the application of metabonomic in periodontitis were reviewed.
