Abstract: Abstract： Objective To analyze the effects of siabilization splinits on temporamandibular disorders(TMD). Methods Successive 156 patients with tempormandibular disorders were included.To compare the clinical effects, Fricton’s Craniomandibular Index(CMI) and condylar bone changes on radiograms before and after treatment of siabilization splinits were obtained. Results After 3~6 months,94.87% patients had good clinical effects. Fricton’s CMI descreased obviously. 70.51% patients’ s condyle had adaptive construction. Conclusions Siabilization splinits can be used as an effective way to treat tempormandibular disorders.
