细胞因子与牙槽骨重建关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between cytokines and alveolar bone remodeling

摘要: 牙槽骨是牙周组织的重要组成部分之一,在口腔生理功能中发挥重要作用。牙槽骨具有高度可塑性,可随着牙齿的生长、脱落及咀嚼压力的变化而变化。目前,大量国内外研究证明,许多细胞因子也对牙槽骨的重建有重要影响,在骨吸收和骨再生方面有不同的刺激作用。BMP-2、PTH等可以促进间充质干细胞分化为成骨细胞,进而促进新骨形成。而IL-1、TGF-β等又可以促进单核细胞分化,破骨细胞增多,从而引起骨质吸收。该文即针对不同细胞因子对牙槽骨的作用作一综述,通过对这些细胞因子的研究进一步了解、完善骨重建过程。

Abstract: Alveolar bone is an important component of periodontal tissues,and plays a significant role in oral physiological functions.Alveolar bone has high plasticity,which can change as the tooth grows and falls off,and the chewing pressure changes.By now,a large number of studies have demonstrated that many cytokines have important influences on the remodeling of the alveolar bone,including bone resorption and bone regeneration.Cytokines such as BMP2 and PTH can help mesenchymal stem cells differentiate into osteocytes,which promotes the new bone formation.And cytokines like IL1 and TGFβ can accelerate the differentiation of monocytes and increase osteoclasts,leading to bone resorption.This article summarizes the research progress on the effects of various cytokines on alveolar bones so as to improve the process of bone remodeling.
