摘要/Abstract

摘要： 上颌第一恒磨牙异位萌出（ectopic eruption of maxillary first permanent molar）的类型、是否干预及干预时机是口腔医生临床接诊过程中的一大困扰。为了帮助临床医生能够早期准确地诊断异位萌出类型及时制定正确的治疗计划，本文将从发病率与病因、分型与可逆率、危害与治疗和预测因素等研究进展综述。

关键词: 上颌第一恒磨牙, 异位萌出, 预测因素

Abstract: The type, intervention or non-intervention, and the timing of intervention of ectopic eruption of maxillary first permanent molar have always been the trouble in the clinical process of dentists. In order to help dentists to diagnose the type of ectopic eruption early and accurately, and to formulate the correct treatment plan in time, this article will review the research progress from the aspects of incidence and etiology, typing and reversible rate, complications, treatments, and predictive factors.
