摘要:
全牙弓种植即刻修复技术是目前无牙颌患者的主流治疗方案之一,随着疾病谱、健康观的改变以及人们对“以患者为中心”理念的重视,恢复功能早已不是牙列缺失患者治疗的唯一目标。患者期望值、对生活质量的改善、美观、经济成本、维护的便利性等其他因素,都是评估治疗效果的重要指标。患者报告结局为全牙弓种植即刻修复效果评价提供了新的思路。本研究通过对患者报告结局在全牙弓种植即刻修复技术的应用及研究进展进行综述,系统梳理口腔健康生活质量、生存质量、患者满意度、卫生经济学评价4个评价指标,以期为全牙弓种植即刻修复技术的临床决策及人文关怀路径提供参考。
