Abstract: There is a close relationship between the skeletal system and the immune system. As an important part of the immune system, B lymphocytes regulate bone homeostasis through the RANKL/RANK/OPG axis and the production of cytokines and antibodies, which play a key role in the occurrence and development of bone destructive diseases. This review will discuss the interaction between B lymphocytes and bone homeostasis and the role of B lymphocytes in bone destructive diseases, hoping to provide new ideas for research and treatment of bone destructive diseases.
