摘要:

糖酵解增强等宿主代谢重编程表现是驱动炎症持续的核心因素,丙酮酸激酶M2亚型(pyruvate kinase M2,PKM2)作为糖酵解限速酶,在牙周炎等多种慢性炎症性疾病中发挥重要作用。本文就PKM2在牙周炎症中的可能调控机制进行综述,并探讨相关靶向药物治疗牙周炎的可能性,以期为牙周炎的发生发展机制研究及临床治疗提供新思路。

关键词: 牙周炎, 丙酮酸激酶M2亚型, 糖酵解, 代谢重编程

Abstract:

Enhanced glycolysis and other host metabolic reprogramming are recognized as core drivers of sustained inflammation. As a rate-limiting enzyme of glycolysis, the pyruvate kinase M2 (PKM2) exerts important effects on various chronic inflammatory diseases such as periodontitis. This review focuses on the mu.PNGaceted regulatory mechanisms of PKM2 in periodontal inflammatory responses and further explores the potential of PKM2-targeted therapies, aiming to provide novel insights into the pathogenesis and clinical management of periodontitis.
